Also if i remember correctly Alam Impian was formerly ladang was it guthrie fogot edi with hills summore.

While im not a sri muda guy, but been living in Shah Alam for >20years. So pretty sure its not just i&p raising the area. The area itself originally is abit high conpared to sri muda which is what...5m from sea level?

Casira owners will be pissed as the constructions nearby of lyra, kyra and lumira causing their area become a teh tarik pond and same..not breaching the houses too.

I got one drone video which i found from IG and it seeems lyra, kyra and most likely lumira maybe not affected their taman but this is still premature as the constructions still on going and drone footage was limited tho.

This is the worst flood that happen in KV since 40 -50 years.

If anything worse than this then just pray to god for many other KV areas

Is it even ready? Went there early december maybe 70% only. Probably need few more months for the completion.

Past few weeks heavy rain quite consistent at KV.

Din hear much concern or stress call regarding the flood. Actually none. This is my actual worries of these type of continous heavy rain instead of the one during December last year.

You are right. Because there is flyover exit towards meru/ wce ..assuming from serunai area. The flyover is almost complete..85%.

Doesnt looks possible..minimum need few more more weeks before exterior and landscapes completed.

Defeat the purpose.
From serunai apartment up to flyover and exit to meru there is 1 junction with traffic light.

If another entry from meru to go in BBR..another traffic light is needed.
Hence it will only have "4 lane size" of buffer in between both traffic light which doesnt make sense..maybe max only 3 cars can wait per lane or worse is any kontena lorry.

Hopes they put height barrier because we never knew these sohais drivers from BBR industrial with heavy machinery who wants to go meru might use this flyover.

In my honest opinion the exit to meru is bit "thin" but maybe it is only for light transports and not lorries

But your point is legit. I dont see any possible traffic light will be build under the flyover as those areas are with new curbs already....


Better take the roundabout at serunai apartment BBR ...then up to flyover if u want to go to BBR.

U have to take the roundabout it seems.

I nver experienced the traffic here but i would assume its authority requirement -> SD to ease up the traffic congestion to meru.

My guess is at least more than 75% traffic from BBR need to turn right to klang / federal hiway on daily during peak hrs.

If after the flyover near the apartment there they open the curb to make a quick uturn instead of going to roundabout then i think it is pretty much the same or better compared with waiting time for 4 junctions traffic light turn.

But the traffic towards serunai will be headache (but good for business)

Also i dont think MPK will clear out the roadside stalls ...(this also may cause traffic jam later as 1 lane being taken out for ppl to park and buy)

Bear in mind morning rush for ppl to setia alam and sekolah kebangsaan near there (setia alam)
