I blame the authority for approving the dev in high risk area without proper flood mitigation
If the dev felt it too expensive then they should just go to Rawang or Banting
Then why are we comparing w Bjelutong / Alam Impian where new launches are easily around 1mils++ If the dev felt it too expensive then they should just go to Rawang or Banting
Its like bro, bukit antarabangsa is good choice no flood.
Why people buy and not choosing rawang or banting is another topic. Price ..location..accessibilites..facilities and yada yada.
I do agree the point and hopefully it is a wakeup call for authorities and hopefully developers too.
Few weeks earlier i posted state gov emergency approval abt retention pond in mutiara bukit raja which is few KMs away from BBR but i guess god have better plan
By the way Alam Impian, not heavily affected but some still kena.

Also if i remember correctly Alam Impian was formerly ladang was it guthrie fogot edi with hills summore.
While im not a sri muda guy, but been living in Shah Alam for >20years. So pretty sure its not just i&p raising the area. The area itself originally is abit high conpared to sri muda which is what...5m from sea level?
This is just from my memory la i cant really remember the details
