Don't think you should consider work location as criteria to choose your property.....
Unless you sure that you are going to work near mid valley for the rest of your life.

I stay in bbr and been travel daily to mv for working for the past 8 years. Long term wise I prefer to stay in landed property I dun like KL city style of living stay in condo for the rest of my live.

Its a township with mature surrounding... With sa on one side and old klang town on the other side... Much better than semenyih and kj.

kj is kelana Jaya?

the guy currently lives in PJ and works in Mid Valley.
buying BBR means he is moving at least 15kms away from his currently place (more like 20kms if I knew where he is staying now) and even further away from work place. The traffic to and from work will be enough to kill him.

BBR is on different postcode than shah alam and PJ.

I believe every part of klang valley have traffic during peak hour, so best for you to drive to BBR from your work place after work to experience for yourself, then you will know for sure.

I'm working at Kelana Jaya (Kelana square), 6.10pm leaving office, usually can back home around 7.30pm (if no accident but heavy traffic), I'm staying at Meru, so still same route, will pass thru nkve setia alam then only can reach BBR/Meru.

After 1-2 years, it will be worse unless there are additional flyovers built at those critical junction/exit with serious jam.

but more resi will move in...…

2024 LRT3 will be in operation

no reason to predict this and that now. just take current situation as status quo.
