Bought and try Altel since few days ago...

I found that it has 'big' block for calls and data, 60s per block for call, and 1MB per block for data.
which mean, calling just 1 second will cost you 16 sen,
turning on data to receive or send a whatapps text message will cost you 1MB...
Meaning to say, the 300MB given free data for activation is only worth 300 whatapps text messages...

I contacted Altel through their chat service, they said its my phone setting or background apps problem...

Anyone can check on this? or you have a different experience on their data usage?

You are right, but charging 1 MB per block still kinda costly right, hopefully its just my phone setting problem, anyone know how to solve it...?
