yea true, illustrator is still the best for vector. I was once a noob in using vector, so I dare not touch illustrator till i know the way of using vector in photoshop then i dare to use illustrator. Btw, after adobe bought macromedia, the functions in flash increased as well as flash is more user friendly. xD

from what i experienced... illus are more good in vector design furthermore u can make nice nice motion graphics with after effects... flash also can do the same.. just not so seamless as illus..

but if u do beautiful vectors in flash.. so it's easy to animate in flash..

In fact, no matter what program or tools you use, creativity is your limit here., just that Adobe Illustrator provides a more comprehensive tools and better functionality which let you done more work in less time. Keep in mind that things that can be done in Illustrator can also be done in flash, just that it consumes more time. For vector animation instead, Flash does a better job. There's no ultimate 'tool' in vectoring, just your creativity and imagination. smile.gif

For me I only use Illustrator AI when the work will be send to print.
