I think will take conventional.

But in the longer run from my observation not much difference. I mean for a period of 20 to 30 years.

One thing I notice now days banks tend to change the installment when there is a change in BLR or BR. Previously they don't do that.

That's why I think it would be safer at a time like this to have a ceiling cap for the interest rate.

Actually looking back at history, most countries would go through once if not two economic cycle during a period of 20-30 years. It has been almost 20 years now since 1998 economic crisis n our ringgit is back to 17 year low. It is likely it hit all time if price of crude oil continues to fall.

Need to be cautious.

When i got to know about BSS the agents only introduce Dextora and Elvina to me. Even Dextora only left 2-3 units near the power station. Balista i think has been sold off long ago.

Yes balista was in 2014 and before that Castora in 2013. These are all 22x80 foot print houses. So u can see the gradual increase in prices until Elvina. Even the new phase coming soon Suriaman is also 22x80 smile.gif

Only the superlinks in Resort Home (Hijayu 2) will have 24 or 26 x 80 links i was told.

Looking at the bss map its on the other side castora/balista near merchant square shops. Yup that means nett price has increase more than 100k for 22x80s in bss hmm.gif

Oh... on the other side...

I strongly believe the main attraction in BSS is the club house and the matrix global school. So i would try to buy a house nearer to them, even though the price is more expensive. I could have gotten a subsale unit at the old phase for RM400k, but i feel is too far from the attraction spot and so the potential for capital gain is not as favorable.

Just my opinion.
