22x90 is at the last row so security wise not as good, also it is facing other houses, don't really like that combination. sweat.gif

When i was looking at the subsale units, I noticed most of the projects are G&G except one of the early phase development where by the guard house is abandon. I asked the subsale agent why it is such case she said there was problem with the developer submission plan but the residence is appealing to setup the guard house again.

Ya... if I am not hard up on GnG, I might as well go for subsale in KL for rm500k. But once they are GnG the price is near the million range.

From my understanding, Islamic loan has a cap interest of 10.4%, in case the economy turns bad. I can still recall during the financial crisis in 1998 , the interest rate went to as high as 18%!

Actually looking back at history, most countries would go through once if not two economic cycle during a period of 20-30 years. It has been almost 20 years now since 1998 economic crisis n our ringgit is back to 17 year low. It is likely it hit all time if price of crude oil continues to fall.

Need to be cautious.
