LG filter for self service is by subscription by year, up to 5 years:

1 year - RM320
2 years - RM580

By buying outright, you only get 2 years warranty whereas with rental, you get the full 7 years warranty.

Total cost is about the same between outright purchase and rental for 7 years, including filter costs.

My agent told me that if I want to have the power cable to go through the hole as well to a power socket below the countertop, 20mm is needed. Is that right?

Can I seal the hole after that with silicone as I will be installing it near the kitchen sink?

Hi, did you manage to connect to the water purifier? I’m having the same problem as you. How did you fix it?

I figured out already. The region is automatically set at UK/English as default, and it’s on the top right side which are not really visible. Just changed to Malaysia/English and I can see water purifier in the list already.
