QUOTE(Ronald_loulan @ May 15 2017, 11:55 AM) Hi everyone, after some research i plan to buy Amway espring water filter. Can anyone advise me pro and con of this device? I saw many ppl selling out their used Espring so im abit concern... Many people sell out is because they are stock pilling the eSpring in order to hit the point to gain bonus. It's actually warranty expired/going expired unit which they offer far lower price than member price.

I have helped few forumners here to fix their eSpring filter.

May I know how to install the amway espring diverter valve with Ikea RINGSKÄR tap.
the Ikea tap have the inner gear and it is smaller than other tap size.
I have also bought the connector and it is too big for Ikea tap.
Where can I have the adapter that fit with ikea tap and amway connector?

He / she should be able to help you with installing eSpring.

QUOTE(weikee @ May 16 2017, 05:06 PM) Why many (including my mom) retain the base The base is to avoid the eSpring get water soak and turned yellowish, not nice looking. Sometimes when we wash hand or plates the water splash we didn't clean it. It's up to individual preference though. I have customers which want to retain the plastic as well, it looks like brand new even after years. This post has been edited by oyching88: May 16 2017, 06:12 PM

Hi..there are so many discussions that I am seeing stars after reading.
Just wanna ask have you guys heard of Aqua Green Water Filter? Also, if I want to install in my apartment, what water filter you recommend that is below RM3k? We are thinking of installing outdoor water filter and buy a simple kitchen top (RM100++). Do you all recommend that? eSpring we cannot afford for now.
Sorry if I ask a ques that others have asked before.

Maybe some carbon based better quality got additional chlorine removal. As i always tell my customers, If you wanna get a indoor water filter, get a good and reliable one instead of only comparing price. Water filter is not something we buy frequently, a reliable and good quality filter can last you more than 10 years without issue. This post has been edited by oyching88: May 16 2017, 10:55 PM

QUOTE(oyching88 @ May 16 2017, 10:50 PM) The outer layer is pre filter. of course. just that i believe its better to leave the amway filter as clean as possible. use an external pp/ceramic to filter the bigger particles but then again... espring got smartchip lock.. want to prolong the life of the filter also no use.

Hi guys, I am relatively new to this topic, as I am moving into a rented condo for long term, I'd like to invest for a basic water filter for the whole house. The budget I have is relatively low as I managed to cut down some spending in other departments. I did some research in this topic and searched around the forum and here's what I found:
Type = POE type Budget = Around RM300+ Brand = I don't mind any as long as it is proper ones Purpose = To filter out large particles (washing machine & general boiled drinking water) and those as small that the unit bought allows Size = I think should be quite small due to my budget and preferably due to condo management constraints (Maisson, Ara Damansara).
Are there any recommendations for me? So far I think the ones that I can find are 3M, but I am not sure of the pricing and the exact model. Hope masters here can give this newbie a guide!
