Avoid those 3 seconds instant hot water at all cost. It wouldn't last.
That's why you don't see reputable brands manufacture it.

yup, does not look very good quality.

but seers this brand their water heater is indeed not bad.

most importantly it is using dc power so it is safe to use in bathroom.

I think you should. Save the RM700 as part payment for any water filter with NSF certification. For 700, you can get the 3M CTM-01 + one NSF certified C-complete spare replacement cartridge which will last you a good 2 years.

Lucky my 3m and Amway don't have to keep receipt just to buy cartridges... If not, may have to look at people faces to get things.

This month they have trade in old filter, don't know if it apply for other filter. We change the old Amway filter (i think almost 20 years usage) for the current unit. Cartridges will be on the high side. But at least you don't have to keep your receipt to buy consumable.

small cup is 150ml, my glass is 230ml, 300ml if you want more water like refill in water bottle... the bottom compartment can remove to refill tall water bottle...

only 4 button,
first one is safety lock for 45 70 85 and 100 degree water, 25 degree no need press this unlock button
second button is change temperature, again is 25 45 70 85 100 degree can change
third button is produce water, when producing water you can press this button anytime to stop the water....
fourth button is change water quantity to be produce... 150ml 230ml 300ml, it will produce this amount of water then stop automatically, other dispenser you need to press and hold like siao, actually i like this more

all button is glass touch sensitive button, not physical button like seers tend to broken after some times

i think this heating method is like those nespresso coffee machine... the sound also same, just this one cannot put the capsule

the con of this is no continuous pour (i think is because this instance heater the fresh water storage only 1 liter tank, after draw some water you need wait the main filter to refill automatically back the machine)...

for cooking and other water still use the direct outlet at countertop...

this one need wall mounted as it cannot stand on itself coz is only about 10cm thick...

You want to place the filter undersink or counter top?
If undersink, you need to find out whether eSpring can withstand the water pressure from the main in your area.(assuming you plan to install it at the kitchen sink).
ESpring is designed as counter top filter. In counter top installation, control valve (your faucet) is installed before the filter thus no water pressure in the filter when filter is not in use. However in undersink installation, the control valve is installed after the filter, which means high water pressure from the main water supply remain in the filter and its tubing at all times. One forumer here reported that his eSpring undersink installation burst several times.
There are suggestion to instal additional control valve before the filter to lower down the water pressure remain in the filter but the downside is your filtered water stream will be weak and slow.

If you want to place t it on counter top, then no problem.

Pros:
- Able to filter 140 contaminants
- certified by NSF 42, 53, 55 401
- Worry free (if it is faulty, it will blink and beep; if cartridge needs to change, it will also blink and beep)
- Record the usage (each cartridge can filter 5000 litres)
- Low maintenance (only need to change the cartridge)
- One cartridge member price is RM583 (RM583 / 5000 litre = RM0.12/litre)
- This month got trade-in program where you can get a rebate of RM400

Cons:
- High initial investment (you can opt for 12 months 0% installment plan)

Basically it clarifies that eSpring is indeed a NSF certified product but the scamming part is the over pricing product for a simple PP+carbon block + uv water filter.

Thanks for the link, I found the product code in China for 3M filters.

QUOTE

With these infos, it helps to search for cheaper replacement 3M cartridges in Taobao. For example, I can save more than RM100 for C-Complete replacement cartridge.

eSpring design is able to install as undersink without any issue. I have over 20 customers using as undersink without leaking/burst/ etc problems.

The red tube is connected to the faucet from the main water source. When you turn on the faucet, the water from red tube is ready at the faucet and it allow the water to enter eSpring system via green tube (interchange design at faucet). The green tube direct the water into eSpring system and after filtration, it will be out from blue tube and back to the faucet & available to drink. The water is not always going in the eSpring unit, so what they claims seems to be invalid. The control valve is the faucet itself.

Also, i have done several setup by connecting to a water dispenser (the water flow is always remain going in eSpring all times) without any issue, you just have to install a special auto shutoff valve from main water source which only cost less than RM50. But i still don't recommend anyone to install via water dispenser, it creates 2nd contamination when the water remain long period in the water tank.
