Guys, in the VP letter it says there we have to pay around RM200+ for some "maintenance charges stated in the SnP" . What is this charge about? I didn't notice this anywhere in the SnP

I noticed that there are patches of cement at the pavement on front of most of the houses . Do you think these can/will be fixed by sdp?
