Anyone interested in having 3d sketch up models for their houses? I have a friend doing this part time for a small fee.
Drawn to scale, so it's easier to plan ahead on the reno/furnishing rather than to imagine . if you have the sketch up software, can pan, zoom and do anything with it

What price range are u looking at then for a double storey?

tough luck man.. don't think there will be any around that price range in Elmina, unless they decide to make something much smaller.. even ecoworld's in ijok area is slightly more than that for a smaller 20x60 size..

yeah, I think I saw it sometime back ago at the sales gallery.

I'd think it would be a really nice place to make some low light plant garden with a pond or even waterfall like feature there
