Pain management, Especially women,back and knee pain

Recently many people have knee and back pain problem especially women, I can help up with this problem because I am an experience rehab trainer and myself have twice surgery on my knee but I still active in my sports for national time..if anything about pain management,can drop msg here...have a good day
