The pin is broken, and another half of it still get stuck inside the hole. Can i get a replacement of these pin from any guitar shop? Or i need to send them to repair?

No sweat, don't fret - this is easily available from any guitar shop, relatively cheap for plastic type replacement, but if you're looking for bone or tusq pins, then it is quite expensive! You can also remove the broken pin shaft by using a coin to push it thru the sound hole!

no worries, just push it out from beneath. ya you can use a coin or best a flat head screw driver.
