patience, yes... but u still u gotta screw the right department in maxis...that not only that u screw the customer service, u also gotta screw the technical department too...
I am using maxis fibre at home and I encountered issues with maxis for a couple of time, experience made me wiser.
the first time I was like u too...only wait and wait... until I got really mad and I start firing maxis like nobody's business.
