Hi. I've previously posted one on the maxis forum. The maxis helper said that accord you guys with patient but what the fuck is this ? It has been one freaking month and nothing has happen, not the line, no response, NO NOTHING AT ALL.

Are you guys being serious in any matter that is reported ? This has been the worst after service I have ever received.
