Hi Maxis,

Currently, i am at Laos. My phone network currently is attached to Beeline which i believe is Maxis roaming partner in Laos.
For the past few days, i had been unable to receive sms. I had been able to receive call but sms is not receive while roaming in Laos.
I had changed the sim cards to several smartphone but I had get the same result: can receive call but cannot receive sms.
I suspect is some problem either at the Maxis network or your roaming partner network.
Please assist ASAP as this has been very difficult for me to make transaction online which needed for me to receive the TAC sms from bank.

I had a daily sms sending to my phone. I had stop received the sms from June 15. Please check if there is any issue happened between June 14 and June 15.
This is starting to get problematic as I am having trouble to pay my bills while I am at oversea. I need to receive the bank TAC sms.
Please assist as soon as possible!
