Today I took uber to mitsui outlet park but I was charged rm90 despite keying the ubermitsui promo code. When I see the bill it says klia instead of mitsui outlet. Any idea what can I do to rectify this? Feel cheated by uber.

I have no issue, the code has to apply before the ride.

Yes the code was applied sometime ago. I just decided to use it yesterday. Will put up the fare dispute from the app. Thanks.

Yup. Was successfully applied. Will contact uber Support. The weird part was that it recorded the trip as B6 Klia instead of mitsui. Maybe the GPS was not accurate.

One of the different thing that i have entered the destination location before my ride start, the app may not know MITSUI is your destination if there is any GPS or data error occurred during the trip,

Yes. I always put my destination in before I request. I feel its safer that way.

Yes i did enter Mitsui Outlet Park as my destination in the app but was still counted as a KLIA trip. I got down directly in front of Mitsui's entrance sommore. Anyway i have raised the fare review from the app on Saturday but no response from Uber yet.
