kawan-kawan, need advice here.

i m going to buy macross from US. the total value is macam ini=macross+postage=USD100. should be something like Rm350.
if i use normal registered package service, will i be tax?
if use EMS, will i be tax oso?

anybody have xperience? plz advice.

if ems then safe 1 they won't open it but they may ask you to decalare it for them only .

i used EMS many times before but never got called to go KLIA

Hi..i like to start collecting macross item because i like this anime since 1980's. I found that Yamato have a lot of model, can anyone suggest which scale are better? 1/48 or 1/60

Better get VF-1J scale 1/60 next month..better articulation, great paint job and nice box set too  that is if you like bigger, go get 1/48..cost more or less RM120, but still great too..
personally i think 1/48 looks a bit stiff when comes how you want to pose this, look like statue in Battroid mode

for the older macross VF-1 scale 1/48 = newer macross VF-0, SV-51, YP-19/21 scale 1/60
VF-1 1/60 is the smaller one

so is it with or without the super and strike parts?

If you ever go to HK and visit the anime stores over there, I am sure you will be jaw dropping when you see the price tag.

well there some improve on articulation..such as the elbow on the 1/48 only limited to 90 degrees, but the 1/60 can pull upwards to the max...even can touch the upper shoulder..thus various poses can be made,yes? yeah and the legs also..
also there some notable improvement by clicking the center metal  to the nose cone..oh the metal plate where nose cone to place/remove is welcome too 
you will be pleased that a lot of nice pegs on 1/60..make this one a lot sturdier, can fly this thing around nicely..though i wish the were 'clicky' part on the wings
since collected 1/48 before, personally my first impression for this scale kinda..meh or 'alaa keciknya' but trust me..you will grow to like it.. but then again its your choice yes?

Agree, bro. The 1/60 VF-1S is the right size as a toy. Same size and scale to MP06 Skywarp, and IMHO, much worth getting than the 1/48 scale (the 1/48 is Impressive, but kinda pricey even without FAST pack, and has some issues)..

The 1/60 valks are in scale with MP seekers (also 1/60) ..I am SOOO glad i waited for Yamato's 1/60 ver2, and didnt buy the 1/48 last time judging from pics in the net, i'd say 1/48 would be as tall as MP01..

my vf-0a left arm broke after 3rd transformation...glued it back and now its sturdy as hell...

i even glue the right arm eventhough ts not broken, just to strengthen it up...

after applying supergleu, i had no problems...no need free replacements kot...buat sendidri lagi puas hati:)

just got a second hand yf19 last week, same case, arm broke off...applied superglue and now dah settle problem...which is good:)
