I wouldn't try to reapply the water decals if I were you. Once they conform to the kit they kinda become like a membrane, especially if you use decal solution. I've only preassembled mine but in gerwalk mode I can pose it standing up. I did already cement the inner frame tho so it may be tighter, hence holds on better.
Mine's now disassembled again and waiting for priming etc. Can't wait to finish it with decals and all. Amazing looking kit.
