Some new info on the macross VF-25, price is around 4200 yen (that would be RM120-130) really fair price, fully transformable not fixed model like wave make.
![]() Quata (or quarter) may also get model kit treatment by Bandai becoz of Macross Frontier Episode 7! Really cool show off! Another news tat dunno is true or not, since Bandai sponsor the anime, they grab the exclusive license of all Macross Frontier products, they might not be any 1/48 or 1/60 Macross Frontier kits available.......... |

Hmm, judging from Bandai's usual practice (and most probably other company's too), the news should be true. Like Gurren Lagann, in which Konami is the sponsor. It took several months after GL finished b4 other company released their GL product (within those several months, only GL figure made by Konami is available). Hmm, but the studio who made Macross Frontier is not Sunrise right? Therefore there will be chance for VF-25 to be made into 1/48 or 1/60, but not in the near future (if the anime is made by Sunrise, 90% sure that the product related to the anime will not be made by other company). However, i'm also glad that Bandai are the one who will made the model kit (their model kit dept is among the best; easy to assemble while producing good result, plus affordable to most people too and rarely become limited). The 1/48 and 1/60 are too expensive IMHO |

But they sometimes are some exception too, the Lelouch was turn in to a Figma figure instead of Bandai own Q-Joy action figure (maybe Bandai also know their figure sux)! However, i'm also glad that Bandai are the one who will made the model kit (their model kit dept is among the best; easy to assemble while producing good result, plus affordable to most people too and rarely become limited). The 1/48 and 1/60 are too expensive IMHO Among all mode i think Bandai is the easiest to build, but for those that dun want to paint it, it is also gonna be a headache, becoz it sure comes with some lacking of color and wrong color parts........but quality is the top among all model kits! Way better than wave! |

QUOTE(richard0304 @ May 17 2008, 12:55 PM) the 1/48 and 1/60 you meant are prepainted and preassembled from yamato right? so, expensive not a problem somemore bandai kits no time to build.. i think if u paid the balance amount u safe frm buying the bandai 1/72 Macross u can hire someone to do a decent paint job for the VF25 already! |

It will be smaller than the MG F91! Bandai would give it a 1/60 or maybe major 1/35 scale! And wat more wonderful if Bandai just make a PG YF 25 (or any fighther) just like the PG Eva01!QUOTE(richard0304 @ May 17 2008, 01:11 PM) well, will look forward to the end product. hope bandai wont disappoint us.. Bandai wont disappoint ppl one! They are so evil they will milk ur money of every single little tweak or weapon added it will come with the whole model and no add on! Just beware of the Skull Team Leader FA YF-25! This one gonna hurt our purse badly! |
