That is slowdown in start-ups

Kitchen and wardrobe installation can only start after construction is completed, hence for companies like SIGN, they will only start recognise the revenue and profits AFTER construction work is at near-completion stage. smile.gif

Huh? CSCENIC has always been debt-free as far as I can remember... blink.gif

Ooh...they're doing business under their subsidiary's name, holding company is just more or less an empty shell holding company. Thus, got trade liabilities under Group, but holding company debt-free. icon_rolleyes.gif

Still, u compare the liabilities vs their cash holding... rolleyes.gif

Year-to-year growth may be erratic, but long term, they're growing at rate of about 4-5% p.a. annualised over the past 6 years wink.gif
