This is my second complaint since April!
Uncover tech WAP (36213) kept charging me RM4.00 from last year November. Although I made a complaint before and no more SMS from 36213 but I still have to pay RM4 every month. And the customer service guy promised that will pay me back all the money but my bill show nothing! Please solve this problem ASAP! |
