me too! i thought no one like to watch the o.c. a lot of hot tv series like prison break, vanished, lost, 24 and bla bla bla...these series are famous than the o.c. i think.

I think the show is the last in the premiere of returning drama list apart from 24. Guess it has been overshadowed by other shows.

Saw the premiere, its definately better than than anything from the previous two seasons. I have no idea where season 4 would be if Marissa hadn't died. Still, I wonder how much longer its gonna last. Ratings havent been good and now its going up against Grey's Anatomy. Che (Chris Pratt) will be sticking around for a number of episodes as a svengali/spiritual guru for Summer (Rachel Bilson).
» Kaitlin (Willa Holland) will have a romantic storyline with Will Tutt (Chris Brown) in the second half of the season.
» Jimmy Cooper (Tate Donovan) will be back for sure.
» Will Taylor (Autumn Reeser) become a love interest for Ryan (Ben McKenzie)? Josh said, “Taylor will play a big part of the show this year. Before she can become a love interest for Ryan, first they have to become friends. But she is the ideal person to help pull Ryan out of the darkness and towards the light. She’s just sort this force of nature. She brings out a really different side of Ryan, so their scenes together are a lot of fun and the actors have a lot of fun doing them.”

Wow.. OC still alive uh, can someone brief me up what happened during the final few epids of season 3? I lost (actually got bored) interest in the series at that point of time. I think the last i watch for ep18 or 19.
Merrisa died? how that happened?.. and u say taylor's gonna be the new chick?

Marissa had an accident and the ending showed Marissa is in Ryan's curl unconscious ... maybe dead.
Season 4 starts without Marissa I guess.

i was right then! no OC next week
the rating of the primiere last week was not so good because most of em have watched it on the website. if u showing it on the website then u dont have to put it on TV as very few will tune in.

Sandy met Bolshark secretly. He's going to send him for justice. What is Taylor doing at Seth's room! Summer is coming back for the holiday. Seth fetches her at the airport. Cathlin got a dog pet. The Cohen "brothers" are doing groceries and coincidently met Julie. Kristen met Taylor's mum. Taylor met her mum finally. Summer brings a lot of homeless "guests". |

Episode 3 was great! The best of the season so far. It's good that the whole thing of Volchok going to Sandy was sorted out quickly, letting the whole Marissa thing be dealt with this episode. It's sad that Julie is finally admitting she never knew her daughter, but it's so nice to see Ryan taking all the time she will need to talk with her. And Taylor is just so funny. |

I love this series. I still cant believe theyre going to end it. Hahaha i remember putting in my name for the online petition to keep the show alive ! too bad it aint happening. Another network proposed to buy it over, but then Josh Schwartz decided against it. In fact hes writing the pilot for another series.

Good finale. Started a bit slow, but the last 20 mins were great especially the ending with Ryan and the kid.
If only Josh Schwartz hadn't gotten so arrogant with the popularity of the show and gone into autopilot through mid-season 2 to 3, and things could have actually remained consistently good.
