I notice we can watch twitch streaming now.
I have some problem where the quality so bad.
It always at 360p.
Any way i can improve the resolution?

The problem is on Twitch's side I think, their html5 video support is fairly new.

Try disabling Flash on your pc browser and check out the stream quality. If it's the same as what you see on WiiU then it mean that there's no higher quality video for html5 users in general.
