We can take walk ins anytime, however, waiting period might be long depending on traffic. For appointments, its best to make a booking 1 to few days in advance.

How we handle appointment based customers, once time & date confirm, we will reserve the bay for 10min for the customer. This ensure customers get the priority in service & repair. After 10min, we will release the spot to other walk in customers who are waiting.

As for warranty & Complain, Saturday, no SC will do due to HQ not working, hence cannot get immediate approval.
