Is it the same as current fc? Cause the SA did explain to me one is current fc that depends on how hard we hit the gas. The figures change all the time. But the other one is average fc which is the 6L/100km, but it is showing 25.5L/100km. Now im confused

Guys, I need some advice. I got my M3 HS for a few weeks now. Due for the 1k service.

My complains is that I'm not getting the FC that I read on here. My avg is still 10.0L/100km and for some reason I cant get the blindspot alert to work.

Is this something to look into because I'm abit worried.

may I ask 1000km service will have change the engine oil?

I'm driving gl spec may I ask anyone change to hid light?and anyone have install uv headlamp protector?

Anyone know about this?

Not recommended as the Navi sucks. hahaha... While apps such as Google Maps or Waze allows you to key in "Sunway Pyramid", the Navi in Mazda requires you to enter full address, in eg as below.

I find it cool that it actually pairs with the HUD. Wasn't expecting to see the arrows & what not there.

But map wise, definitely can't beat google maps. It won't be as updated. I was heading to KLIA 2, and it wasn't in the map.

So the skyactiv thingie nothing to shout about. FC seems very normal. If can get 5-6L /100km city drive then its great

too bad it doesn't have dual zone air con. for me its an important feature because I am not cold tolerant

After a month having the car, yet everyday I enjoy my driving and learning new trickes everyday. I have few queries see if anyone can help me out

1) I have this thinkin running in my mind all the time when I-stop kicks in. Is turning off the engine and starting back does it bring any harm to the car in the long run. Bcoz since young we are tought that off ur aircond, ur lights before turning on/off the engine, so I am abit sceptical on the long run. I did find a petition on Malaysia Mazda 3 CBU owners where they claim it has damaged their car.

2) the radio, how do we set it to show the name of the station ie. Hitz or Mix FM. mine just show the numbers.

3) The I-stop at times do not blink green or show up. Is that normal?

4) I will share few tricks I learn, you could click the voice command and say 'DIM THE SCREEN' and the screen goes off completely! Or you can say 'DIM THE SCREEN AND SHOW THE CLOCK' it goes off but only the clock appears. I find that cool.

7) Just follow the recommended 10K service. In Australia the interval for Mazda 3 is 20K km/ 1year

Hey guys, any of you used the Mazda wifi function before?? what does it do, i tried using with my phone tethering but can't connect, some other forums i read said it needs some special structure of passcode to work(bug)? anybody actually tried it out??

Sales assistant told me the same thing when i got my car, can surf FB.
GPS got 1 show traffic option, i think its show where got jam so if connect wifi, you can see like google or waze which road is jam etc... if got show which road got speed cam then best hahaha, they sales fella told me DIY update via SD card found in your arm rest compartment

Oh ya, the spare for the M3 is space saver, not full size.
So please  don't high speed with it. Or should I say, please don't high speed on any type of spare tyre, as I would say most of the tyre pressure will be not enough.

Hi, Just to share issue encountered yesterday.
In sudden MZD screen cannot read USB & also GPS, only show compass. Try to plug/unplug USB stick & GPS SD card few time also can't help. Issue resolve after reset the MZD by pressing mute+GPS+Back button. So far running fine.
Anyone facing this issue before?

Can u show us ur cars photo of the cut hole ? Sorry this is my first time hearing ppl cut hole for the smart tag I can't imagine how it looks like ... So it only interfere with smart tag la ? GPS ok ?
Btw how come they still interfere one , tot in 3M website , they stated non metal based , won't interfere with GPS and tag . Can I claim warranty or even more extreme, a refund if I can't get what they promised ?

Another questions is ... Let's say the tint is good for smart tag , so u guys stick the smart tag on the windscreen ? The sticker won't damage the tint ?

If it happened that someone with itchy hand slammed the smart tag , will the sticker pull the tint film out as well ? Haha
