Depends on which SC is more convenient for you. If you are going to Ampang, you can try us Sg.Besi (next to Porsche).

We can take walk ins anytime, however, waiting period might be long depending on traffic. For appointments, its best to make a booking 1 to few days in advance.

How we handle appointment based customers, once time & date confirm, we will reserve the bay for 10min for the customer. This ensure customers get the priority in service & repair. After 10min, we will release the spot to other walk in customers who are waiting.

As for warranty & Complain, Saturday, no SC will do due to HQ not working, hence cannot get immediate approval.

A good buying experience is very subjective , as some customers wants excellent services in follow up, seeing through all things are being done without any involvement of the customer. Some will agree GOOD BUYING EXPERIENCE = GOOD DISCOUNT.

Good Ownership experience is more important, as typical us, owns a car for 5-9 years. A good dealership is usually required to be there and care for your car during that duration.

Mazda has been famous for basically very low rebate for their model range. It's been this way for the past 3 years.

You can try to get a 2015 car, around 2016 FEB/March to get some rebates (especially for Mazda's range of hot models) if there's still any cars by then.

Bermaz policy has been very strict on discounting, as you can see now that Mazda's RV is getting higher & higher for their SkyActiv models.

Standard SOP is to replace. Alternative means you can ask for repair.

The door side, most likely can be repaired.
