Share your research with us. What made you choose Mazda 3? Getting the GL or HS?

Have you considered about the new 2016 Civic?

I am actually quite firmed to place order for the new M3 HS, until I saw the new Civic. It looks equally sporty with good features as well.

Having this dilemma now, both are too good.

Yeah, & there's no hint as of when will it be released here in Malaysia.

It looks quite good in pics & video tho, & M3 is on top of my list as well! Just considering on the RV of both cars.

BTW anyone got the Arctic White M3? Is it hard to maintain, M3 has limited choices of colours.

New Civic is quite a looker but as usual there will be at least 3 variants to choose which basic spec will loose everything tongue.gif

Wrapping your entire car is very expensive and more than the cost of a good quality respray. How long the wrapping will last is another matter. Some companies only guarantee against lifting and bubbling for 1 year which is very short for the price they charge.

In my opinion the cost of the car we are driving doesn't justify wrapping. I don't find the quality of the original paintwork (CKD) to be exceptionally good to be protected to that extent.

Thanks for the input. I want to protect the car from minor scratches at the usual spot like the door handle area, front bumper, etc. Does coating really do the job?

Re: changing engine oil at 1000km, which I touched on a few pages back, this is what I was referring to about the additives.

Granted it's not a Mazda 3, but it's still the same SA-G engine.

Really depends on your driving style... if your pedal always meet the metal... then it wont be good.

For myself, 8-10L/100km pure city driving. A city driving whereby i can hardly reach 80km/hr even if i want to LOL.

Yea you are probably right. If you looking for 5-6L/100km. Mazda 3 is not the car you are looking for.
Probably a hybrid may serve you better, like Prius or Pirus C ?

Lol bro.. I am thinking are you joking here? This figure is somehow comparing with the Axia.. Even the City also cannot achieve this FC.

Btw, pure city driving here too.. 20km distance (daily would be 40+ km), from Puchong to TTDI, extremely heavy traffic. crawling with average speed 25km/h, 1 hr drive to reach destination. Each refuel around rm 80, last me for +- 500km..
