maybe your friend never meet the 50k spending then... once hit 50k, automatically waived.. no need to call in also according to 1 of my friend using.. as for mine, still waiting for it to be charged.. already hit the min spending on the 4th month So far, 2 of my friend failed to waive it despite having reached the minimum spending target.
