just wanna check with bros here, I just got my mbb cc and I want to balance transfer my balance from my UOB to MBB, is it selecting 12 mths to BT = 0% interest per month for 12 months? Will the bank change the rate half way since they are calculated per month?

I am also aware got additional upfront fee of 3% to enable the transfer to happen
