Yes you can.. Payment needs to be done at counters.. Nit at the fuel pump. Bear in mind only selected BHP stations accept AMEX.

why not?

Post #3: Rule of thumb:

PAYPAL + Amex + RM = no go
PAYPAL + Amex + foreign currency = good to go
PAYPAL + Visa/Master + RM/foreign currency = good to go

Gonna warn you right now: this card is very troublesome to use with PayPal. You can't call Maybank in advance to let the transaction through, so you have to fail the payment once beforehand. What happens after you've failed payment once? PayPal hides the card because the transaction failed. So the flow is: login to PayPal -> fail payment -> call Maybank -> log out of PayPal -> log in to PayPal again -> make payment.

wow... thanks for the info there
will paypal transactions qualify for 5x points?

Of cause better. Cash back of 5% on groceries and petrol if spend on Fri and sat. M2C points only 1.25% cashback if you redeem for voucher. You decide you want 5% cashback or you want 1.25% cashback.

what i do normally is, i only cancel after 6 months, just for the sake of helping the sales personnel to get their commission la. i have no problem getting the card again after 6 months i cancel, but not within 6 months or so.

After the cooling period, then you can do so.
