 24 HOURS SHORT NOTICE RESIGNATION, how to treat this kinda situation?

It doesn't really matter.

Contract terms are all negotiable by both parties subject to agreement by both parties. This is called a contract.

If there are no policies for 24hrs resignation and the contract stipulates a 2weeks/1month resignation notice period. Then the termination of the contract in 24 hours from either party employer or employee will need to compensate the other party for a early termination.

In this case TS, the HR head will have discretion on whether to accept the 24 hours notice without compensation, with compensation or request/demand the worker complete his resignation period.

If the personal is a professional, in court the judge will definitely hantam him by asking, do not tell me an educated person cannot understand his contract terms/policy in which he signed as a liability.
