QUOTE(jack2 @ Jan 18 2017, 03:11 PM) Based on this review, the performance is overall the same, even compared to higher end Asus router. RT-N18U seems like too old now. But if you prefer reliability over performance, I'd say RT-N18U still a good buy.

QUOTE(xXAaronXx @ Jun 26 2015, 09:04 AM) For me Asus RT-N13U (Worst Router Ever) > TL-WR1043ND v1 (Worth the money but tendency to have Ping Spike) > TP-Link TL-WDR4300 (Worst Coverage. Keeping as Spare) > Asus RT-AC68U (Worth my every penny. No ping Spike and very good coverage.) Hello, How much is the Asus RT-AC68U ??? Thanks

For cheap and reliable just get TP Link C5 works great. C7 works better.
If u got more budget and want more features such as QOS etc, get an Asus.
If stay in double or triple storey house, a single wireless router is not enough to cover whole house. Even my Asus cannot cover my whole house. Definitely need an AP.
From my own experience.
