History have shown that outsourced third-party party ports tends to be terrible. To be frank, I have no idea why Rocksteady need to outsource the PC port since they took almost another whole year of extended development time for Arkham Knight and Rocksteady is a rather huge development studio to begin with.

This whole thing points to time constraints and development cost cuts, who Rocksteady and WB are to be blamed. A good example of poor development effort.
