Here don't really have a "mall" as per se. A small retail offerings, yes, but not a shopping mall.

This project is under Global Oriental Bhd - same as Da:Men, but co-branded as Pavilion. Same boss.

Hearsay 1.3-1.5k psf before rebate/discount.

thats not too bad considering it would be a long walking distance to ampang park mrt

assuming as what fren told me from 7xx-1xxx sf..
which means from 1.1mil, price leng?

i suppose i only can afford bathroom or toilet

Mixed, office suites and service apartment. From my knowledge Tower A sold, left Tower B office suites. Will be there for the presentation this Sat, selling below market price.

Pavilion quality, solid as usual. Units facing the back, SSU Kelab Aman, has a really nice view. So near to the city centre, yet, so calm and peaceful, the vibe. You don't see all the densed, high rise buildings. Only complain is the access road leading into it. If there are cars park on the left and right, then it's gonna be tight and certainly look cheap.

Another setback is the view from the pool area. Need to get rid of those old bungalows

Unfortunately, that isn't possible (external issue, can't be controlled by the unit owners or developer). At least it's not a bad, infested place. This is more of a design issue. Probably the swimming pool should be at a much higher level instead of just being on Level 1?
