why not... just that since the implementation of capital control they might be facing difficulties to invest in overseas... heard from my chinese colleague probably they need to transfer the money to hong kong and transfer out from there subsequently

Automated car park lift system....1st time seeing this in a condo. You either hate or love it. The usual Pavilion quality, but not really extremely premium.
