My case is I keep on received msgs from 23268 saying that I subscribed their video. Everytime I received this msg, my credit was deducted for RM2. And this happened almost everyday to my number!! Everyday my balance was deducted RM2 for no reason!! Then I called Hotlink number 1300 820 120. Yes, they terminated it. But what happened is I received the msg again and it said my subscription is renewed. And my balance get deducted again. PLSSS LOOK SERIOUSLY ON THIS MATTER!! I am really pissed off already. Is it that someone in Maxis hooked up with outsiders to make money in such unethical way?

Yes, I did call Maxis on 14 June 2015 and they terminated it for me. But the next day (15 June 2015, 1.19am) I received the same subscription msg from 23268 again n got deducted RM2. Right now my balance left a few cents only.
