Getting Error 403 Forbidden for two days

I have been getting error 403 forbidden when visiting sites during noon and night time on 16/6 and 17/6 for unknown reason.
but have no problem receiving tweets with images. My plan cycle date is 14th this month to next month 13th. Location is at Masjid Jamek KL or Bank Negara KL to Batu Caves. APN is MAXIS unet is sim card number imei number? |
