Hi folks, i've also sent PPL an email earlier with attached reply from them.
Hope moving forward the mix-up between PPL counter staff will be resolved.

Successfully entered Green Market at KLIA2 last week as well with MayBank American Express Platinum Credit Card.

Just produce your card and select your menu then be guided to a table. Shortly the counter staff will return with a form with your card info to obtain your signature.

Here is my experience:

KLIA2 - Airside pier L they asked for boarding pass once, never asked thereafter.
KLIA2 - Landside @ Mezzazine floor, no boarding pass asked ever.
KLIA2 - Green Market, no boarding pass asked ever.
KKIA - Airside Domestic, 2 separate event, both asked boarding pass.
PEN - Airside Domestic, 1 event, boarding pass asked.

Seems that KLIA 2 is more cincai~~

I'll try out PPL @ KLIA2 satellite building end of this month and report back.
