Your wife can enter the local Plaza Premium Lounges with the Supplementary MBB VI which provides 5 free entries per calender year.

The Priority Pass card is issued only to the principal cardholder and this is also good for another 5 free entries to all lounges under the PP program, i.e. international plus local lounges. Though the PP card can be used locally, you should use up the MBB VI card entitlement first and reserve the PP for lounges in overseas airports since the MBB VI can't be used there.

For PPL@Gateway and Green Market, normally they will not check yr id.
So long you have the eligible credit card, they will just print out the slip for your signature and that's it.

Hi there, think you are comparing 2 different cards here. The Platinum Card with 12x free entry to PPL is a charge card with annual fee of RM3445.

The one that you used is the Amex Platinum Credit Card with annual fee of RM800. Previously came with unlimited entries to PPL for both principal & supplementary card holder. Then started going downhill with benefits cut to 5x PPL entry for principal only and now ZERO PPL entry!

Ah yes bro, apologies I missed that part. Thanks for pointing out but really doubtful they will reinstate....maybe when they realize the number of card cancellations since they revised all the card benefits down.

Nowadays more people will be going for RHB and AmBank cards instead which provide PPL Access with no annual fee.

No more spending criteria required for AmBank Plat but wef from 1 May 2016, fixed at 2x PPL access per year.

Bro, better check with yr bank again. If i'm not mistaken, CIMB WMC does not provide access to PPL.

On the other hand, if yrs is CIMB Enrich WMC, there should be vouchers for the MAS Golden Lounge instead.
Which can only be used when flying MAS. So still no PPL access.

Hi bro, the card you are referring to with regional lounge access is the CIMB Preferred VI for their Preferred Banking customers. Previously unlimited but now revised to only 5x per annum.
