Did you all realise that Wellness Spa has opened up in KLIA satellite building? Saw it last week but didn't stop by to find out how it looks like and what cards can access. I'm thinking the concept should be similar with the outlet at klia2.

Latest visit to Green Market klia2: ID verification needed but not boarding pass. Used Aeon Gold to access though, not sure if it's card issuer specific.
