Anyone has tried to enter PPL at KLIA2 (Not international gate, Im referring to the one near foodcourt/Odyssey thai massage) by using Aeon Big Gold Credit Card?

I just received the card last week, and according to its card features, it stated that...

"Cardholder just needs to present their AeonBig Gold CC at the reception counter at Plaza Premium Airport Lounges at KLIA & KLIA2 to enjoy 6X complimentary access per year..."


I'm wondering that does this PPL KLIA2 including the one near foodcourt?

Thanks for any feedback.

I supposed it is having the same feature as Aeon Gold.
The eligible PPLs are listed at Q10, No. 1-4.

Actually that makes sense to me.
It should be a dedicated lounge for Malindo flyers.

Sometimes they will check, sometimes they don't. So, can't really answer this. Rightfully, it's meant for those that are flying.

Technically, any flight could have docked at any gate, depending on the instructions from the control tower.
Like yesterday, 2 bays are closed due to oil leaks, those planes will be relocated to other bay as and when per requested.

Gateway@Level 2M is before the custom check.
Departing from any gate also can use that.

Can access both, not sure which is the best. I always choose Wellness Spa as it is nearer to my gate.
