Here's the reply from PPL in regard to Napping Room facility at PPL@Gateway, KLIA2.

Apparently the room is not offered for free.

No, it's the lounge at 2M floor (next to KFC, I think) that is below the Departure Hall, still within the mall's boundaries.

Technically, any flight could have docked at any gate, depending on the instructions from the control tower.
Like yesterday, 2 bays are closed due to oil leaks, those planes will be relocated to other bay as and when per requested.

Gateway@Level 2M is before the custom check.

No one would guard for you.
But the Shower/toilet space is big enough to store your big luggage, no worries. biggrin.gif

it's a private room with toilet and shower in it. Shower is separated with glasses, so you don't have to worry your luggage will get wet. And the toilet is a dry toilet. You can lock the door and enjoy your shower and worry free for your luggage.

Just tell the reception you would like to use the shower and they will get you to fill up a one liner form and that's it! All towels, shampoo, soap are prepared for.
