Seems like the AMBANK World MC is the best for now as it is free for life and unlimited KLIA & KLIA2 to principal and supp until end of this year.

Since it is free for life, it does make it a good deal even better than Maybank 2 Premier with limited 5x/no supp.

Haha if the benefit change next year just cut it.

Actually why do you want to go to their PPL so badly? Can just go normal restaurant.

Not just about the free foods actually.
Check out hotel by 10am, flying Sydney-KUL @ 10pm. Did not think too much during flight booking sweat.gif
So, it is either i pay additional 1 nite for hotel, or i find other alternative. That is why hoping to enter Sydney of PPL.

Put luggage at luggage storage and have your final stroll in the city, go jalan2, buy souvenirs and have a good lunch and dinner. Go back to airport at around 7-8 p.m. for your flight. laugh.gif

in that case, i would check out, leave the luggage with the porter, and go do something in sydney....maybe walk around the rocks, have lunch, etc...it's winter and cool...

then collect bags and go up airport....

the main reason i use lounges is to shower....i hate flying with sticky body...

Early check in only works if there is a city terminal to do so....or the airport is close with easy access into the city, like Changi.... otherwise if you have to go up to the airport, might as well just stay there....

One question, I hold Citibank PremierMiles.

How to beg them for auto annual fee waiver?

I am good pay master, spend > 40k in that card, and I think I have used the lounge access > 7 times for the past one year.

i just went yesterday night , they still accept ambank WMC , and i saw the people infront of me using HSBC Visa Signature. But i do saw a signboard infront the PPL showing that for CC holder please proceed to flight club.

Any updates on this? CC holders still not allowed into PPL?

no need bag..just call the CS and ask for annual fee waiver..
if approve then u can continue use..
if not approve then it is your decision to pay and continue use or cut the card

I was like you as my flight from London was at 9.45pm. I thought I would bath before my flight. I have planned to reach airport 4 hours ahead, ended up 1hr at VAT counter, 1hr at luggage check in, 1hr at immigration, I spent merely 30mins in the PPL. shakehead.gif

They don't even bother to waive RM180 for my Citi AA card. So I just terminated the card...

Anyone has recent experience on using priority passes on oversea lounge?

Previously they allow the use of priority pass from different banks under the same name to access lounge by the card holder and the accompanying person. But towards end last year, they become stricter and disallow priority passes under the same card holder, ie only card holder himself is allowed to enter the lounge. Any changes lately?
