If yes, it is located at the departure hall across Dome, before you even walk towards the check in counters.
Dome is located on the right hand side when you walk in from the mall into departure hall via the main connecting door.

I'm from transfer hall , just ask airasia staft she told me need 40 mins walk from gate P area to the nearest PPL....

KLIA2 where got so big la, I only need 15 minutes max to walk from one end to one end.
I have been to those bigger airports in China, cannot walk at all, must use buggy cars.

Just reserve some time for your walking time to your gate then you will be OK.

Note: I'm a fast walker, so 15 minutes is just for me.

Does klia2 gateway ppl provides towel and shampoo for shower service ?

If it has shower facility then all these will be provided, no worries.

today hubs tried to enter KLIA premium lounge using ambank WMc, got rejected. Anyone encountered the same? They told him they dont accept local cc anymore @@ also need business class tickets and above.

They ask him to go Fight Club Lounge instead. Just 2 months back he was able to gain entry to PPL KLIA.

This is a new development....if got business class ticket no need go ppl liao....

i just went yesterday night , they still accept ambank WMC , and i saw the people infront of me using HSBC Visa Signature. But i do saw a signboard infront the PPL showing that for CC holder please proceed to flight club.

I though some say ppl is closed/semi closed for renovations, so I guess they are pushing cc based customers to the flight club....as they are also business class lounge for some airlines without their own dedicated or alliance lounges....

Probably they are just making another business class lounge as many fly with business class now. Even for other airlines.

Anyone can give opinion on this 2 cards? Mainly want it for worldwide Premium Lounge entry with my partner.

Is Maybank 2 Cards Visa Signature still relevant for free entry to PPL? If not mistaken the priority pass no longer offered, right?
