Only tried GM and Wellness Spa in KLIA2. PPL at Gateway no.
I supposed PPL serves those simple food, buffet style.

GM is set menu. No boarding pass is required.
PPL they may ask, so far I have never been asked before for PPL at KLIA and Wellness Spa at KLIA2.

so once they give card, mean customer can afford.

One card is only entitled for one set, you have more than one card I guess you can order another set. However, the portion is pretty big, can be shared with two.

By the way, make sure you have 2 people when you order two sets, even if you have two cards.

why would you want to use PPL on arrival?
no worry your check-in luggage on the belt too long and might get stolen or missing?

There are a lot of backpackers who don't check in luggage.

that's why don't have any check in luggage.. lol
