For maybank, you can apply through M2U.

For RHB, fill up form and submit to branch.

i was informed that it is once per day, however, not sure whether it is referring to one location per day or one usage per day. Fyi, I have done 2 entries per day to 2 diff locations.

Looks like they have enforced the once per day for new aeon gold. Being told that i have exceeded my quota.

also at gm, they allow me to admit 3pax with just 2 cc entries ie order 2 sets

When people start abusing and uses other people's card to sign and enter, then they gonna start enforcing NRIC and boarding pass checking.

Not really as I believe the number of people who falsify the signature is still few, but it will cause inconvenience to others.
