Experience in oversea lounges using priority pass/citibank premiermiles:

Copenhagen Kastrup (Terminal 2): Aspire lounge and Aviator lounge both are having the same food, free flow of beer, liquor or wine. Aviator opens earlier at 5:30am, advise to go early as the queue might be long in the morning

Stockholm Arlanda (Terminal 5): Menzies Business Lounge - opens at 5:30am. Food is almost same as CPH's lounges. Free flow of beer, liquor and wine.

Helsinki Vantaa (Terminal 2): Aspire Lounge - opens at 5:30am and closes at 8:30pm. Food is the best compared to the above two places. Free flow of beer, liquor and wine. They have shower facilities (€10.00).

Singapore PPL (Terminal 1) - opens 24 hour, no beer/wine or liquor, free shower facility, food is great especially laksa. Could be a bit far from both terminal 2/3.

for klia ppl, only international flight allowed?

I have tried for Wellness Spa in KLIA2. You can always tell the staff, you want to shower and they will prepare the necessary. Sometimes, they don't put in the shower room.

I like the souvenir part. For the toothbrush and toothpaste, I really brought it along with me because mine were checked in that time and I suddenly recalled I will need it later. It is for one time usage by the way.

the 'buffet' part is only for salad and some sushi.
I asked if can share the main meal...the other person with no access to the 'buffet' they said no.

Agree re the lounges at airports outside of M'sia.
However, Premier Lounges allowed this in S'pore, HK, Bali . No luck with the other lounges though.

Put luggage at luggage storage and have your final stroll in the city, go jalan2, buy souvenirs and have a good lunch and dinner. Go back to airport at around 7-8 p.m. for your flight.
