how many free access per year?

A few questions.

1. For KLIA2, there is PPL International Departure KLIA2 (next to Gate L8) and PPL (Gateway@KLIA2), which is recommended?

2. Are those napping rooms, massages free? Also, fax and international calls, pay per use or what?

3. The Green Market is at another place different from PPL. As pointed earlier by forumers, there are complimentary Japanese meals.

4. Wellness Spa - What is free here?

5. The BAR ( mezzanine, KLIA2, airside) - all drinks here complimentary?


Basically, after browsing through the PPL website, I find it confusing that they list everything out but without saying which ones are complimentary and which ones are pay per use. Anybody can enlighten a bit? Thanks!

1. Neither, i would not enter these lounge again unless i need beer. Green Market serve better food. Before discovery of Green Market i just go to whichever that is convenient for me. If my departure gate is L I would choose the one next to L8. If P/Q gate I would visit Spa Wellness. If very early flight and depart from P/Q I would choose Gateway cos Spa Wellness close from 12AM - 7AM.

3. Located at the shops in front of the check in counters, on your right hand side if you are facing the departure gate.

4. Food, drinks & wifi?

as far as PPL is concern, all services are chargeable and thus will be listed in their website as such. complimentary items are based on different banks, thus you need to either check with the bank or PPL staff on a case by case basis.

But it looks like Green Market is basically a Japanese restaurant with some fresh juices? Aren't the lounges more comfortable with those big sofas?

KLIA will be better choice.

KLIA2 is meant for budget

it is a restaurant.

so it depends on what you are looking for.

KLIA only has one PPL whereas KLIA2 has few.

after KLIA PPL refurbished, look nicer and bigger.

for KLIA2, i personally thick wellness spa still better than others.

Yes, KLIA is bigger and I kinda like it. I always lurk in Wellness Spa too if I'm in KLIA2.

depending on what card you have..
not all card allow you to enter green market..

not buffet style. With the portion they are serving, who needs buffet. I struggle to finish the meal.

3. choice of beverage

UOB VI. It comes with 4x a year. So I just use that one in changi. My priority pass only 5x a year n I use it at other international lounges. As for local PPL. My maybank VI has unlimited access.

for the free access with cc, do they check the tickets?

can ppl be entered on the return flights on arrival?
