today i go to blue cube outlet at pavillion to change my number from maxis to celcom..

but they said i must clear my bill from maxis first before can port my number..

why celcom like this?? for sure maxis will sent to us our last bill right??why celcom need us to pay first before porting??

my friend port from maxis to digi without no problem...within 5 hour already can use...no need clear any bill from maxis...
